Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on terminating a Monitoring Service Agreement between Williamson County and SimplexGrinnell, L.P. relating to fire and burglary monitoring services for the Williamson County Emergency Services Operation Center .
Background
This item is necessary to terminate the existing monitoring agreement for the ESOC.  Convergint Technologies, LLC is being requested as the new service provided.
