Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a line item transfer for County Court at Law #2.

Background

This is a monthly transfer we are making to cover the expenses of a judge in CCL#2 until the position can be filled permanently. The expenditures for June 2015 were $10,500 and we are requesting another $10,500 be moved for the month of July. Projected YTD as of 7/31/15 will be $21,000. Backup is attached.
