PUBLIC HEARING (10:00 a.m.): Conduct public hearing to consider a proposed Site Regulation of Solid Waste Disposal in the unincorporated areas of Williamson County (outside municipal boundaries) where any interested citizen of Williamson County wishing to make public comment may testify pursuant to Tex. Health & Safety Code § 363.112 and § 364.012.
Background
On 6/16/15, the Court took action to authorize setting a public hearing on 7/21/15 at 10:00 a.m. and publish notice in the newspaper about a proposed landfill site regulation.
