Motion: To approve sale and execution of Deed Without Warranty conveying 0.668 acre tract to abutting property owner Williamsburg Village Center, L.P., including making a factual finding that the exception for required notice of sale set forth in Texas Local Government Code 727.001(b) applies due to: 1) the county cannot or will not develop the land based on its location or irregular shape and possible uses not fitting the county's needs; and 2) the land being sold is going to the adjacent landowner as required by the exception to notice; and authorize the County Judge to execute the Deed Without Warranty and all related documents.

Commissioner Birkman invited everyone to an Open House from 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at the Round Rock Christian Church on Sam Bass Road regarding road resurfacing on Brushy Creek North and the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the O'Connor Extension and State Highway 45 Interchange at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 21, 2014.
