Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for the Tax Assessor/Collector's office

Background

In order to continue the required mailing of various documents related to motor vehicle registration, property tax statements and other duties of the Tax Assessor/Collector, additional postage is needed. Due to the increase in materials to be sent via the Postal Service, the line item for postage has been depleted tremondously for the remainder of the fiscal year.
