Judge Edna Staudt would like to recognize Melissa East, Sheri Friedman and Linda Jernigan for testing and receiving their Criminal Certification from the Texas Justice Court Training Center. The Training Center, operated through Texas State University, offers Certification in Civil and Criminal. The Criminal Certification is a lengthy and involved written exam, with questions covering statutes from the Penal Code, Alcohol & Beverage Code, Transportation Code, Code of Criminal Procedures and more. These employees tested and received high test scores in 2011. |
