Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on recognition of Kimberly Clark and Erica Miller for being Certified as Level 1 Justice of the Peace Court Clerk by the Texas Justice Court Training Center.

Background

The requirements for this designation includes passing a 50 question written exam concerning the Rules of Civil Procedures, Rules of Court, and Civil Statutes. The Training Center, operated through Texas State University, offers this Certification in Civil and Criminal. Questions were asked concerning, but not limited to evictions, foreclosures, default judgments, administrative hearing, abstract of judgments, and financial receipting. Kimberly and Erica both passed the first time they took the exam.

Kimberly has been with JP2 for three years.
Erica has been with JP2 for two years.
