Discuss and consider approving the Tax Collection Agreement between Williamson County Municipal Utility District #26 and the County of Williamson, Texas.

Background

Three original Tax Collection Agreements require the County Judge's signature where indicated as well as the signature and date of the County Clerk. At least one original should be returned to the Tax Assessor/Collector's office and a copy remain in the County Clerk's office for their records. Originals are being sent to the County Judge's office via interoffice mail for his signature.
