Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on an Authorized User Agreement for Touchstone Television Productions, LLC in relation to the use of the Williamson County Juvenile Detention Center for production activities entitled “AMERICAN CRIME”.

Background

Scott Mathew, Executive Director of Williamson County Juvenile Services, will be present to address the court and answer any questions the court may have. The Authorized User Agreement allows Touchstone Television Productions, LLC use of the Williamson County Juvenile Detention Center for production activities entitled “AMERICAN CRIME” in exchange for the license fees set out in the agreement. Touchstone will be required to directly contract with Williamson County Sheriff’s Officers for the provision of law enforcement and security services. Scott Mathew will serve as the designated representative under the agreement and will handle all coordination. Touchstone is providing an insurance policy and Williamson County will be named as an additional insured.
