Discuss, consider and take appropriate action approving a price decrease request from Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions for Asphalt Emulsions, IFB#14IFB00225.
Background
This contract allows for price adjustments. With the current market structure and the volatility in the asphalt market Ergon is now procuring their asphalt raw materials at wholesale pricing which is resulting in 10% savings for the County. Ergon is offering to hold the new pricing through the remainder of the contract period (March 31, 2015).
