Discuss and consider approving the Tax Collection Agreement between the North Austin Municipal Utility District No. 1 and the County of Williamson in the State of Texas, office of the Tax Assessor/Collector.
Background

The three (3) original documents from the North Austin Municipal Utility District No. 1 require the County Judge's signature.  The original agreements will be sent via Inter-Office mail to Judge Gattis' attention for signature.  In addition, the County Clerk is required to sign the documents after approval.  The appropriate pages are marked for necessary signatures.
