Background

This preliminary plat was previously approved on August 6, 2013. Since that time, the Developer has requested some changes to some of the lot sizes, and also the connection of Krupp Avenue and Magdalene Lane with a new "knuckle" intersection. These changes are shown on the included map highlighted in red. These new changes were made after the adoption of the revised subdivision regulations, and thus are subject to review fees. The Developer has paid the appropriate review fee for the changed areas.
