Background

This the third revision to this preliminary plat, which was last reapproved on June 4, 2013. Final plats for Sections 8-A through 8-H have been reviewed and approved. The remainder of this preliminary plat, which will affect future Sections 8-I and beyond, has been revised to accomodate changes to the proposed drainage. The resulting changes to the roadway and lot layout have invoked review fees for the areas within this plat that have changed. A calculation of the review fees for the remainder of this plat is included herewith. The required preliminary review fee of $11,150 has been paid.
