Background

This is the very first plat to be recorded in the Santa Rita Ranch development. It consists of 8 single-family lots, and includes the main entrance road. Construction s complete, although revegetation of the right-of-way remains to be done. The developer, Joe Bland Construction, LP, has posted fiscal in the 9,825.00 to cover the remaining construction.
