Background

This is a very minor revision to a small 10-single family lot subdivision. This subdivision, including the roadway, were constructed at the same time as Highlands at Mayfield Ranch Section 2A. Bainbridge Cove has already been accepted for maintenance by the County. This revision includes an adjustment to the rear property line of Lots 10 and 11 (Block A). The final plat was originally approved on February 25, 2014.
