Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Constable Pct #2
Background

We had some unexpected (large) repairs for brakes that were locking up.  The Constable Pct #2 office has moved monies within their budget as much as possible.  They have a $0 balance in their vehicle maintenance repair line item at this time.  This transfer will assist in cover routine maintenance through year end.
