Lisa Birkman, et al, In The United States District Court For the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, and in representation of the County in any related EEOC claims; and consider approval of the exemption of those attorney services from the competitive proposal/bid procedures of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Section 262.024(a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code. |

Lisa Birkman, et al., In The United States District Court For the Western District of Texas, Austin Division, and in representation of the County in any related EEOC claims; approve the exemption of these services from the competitive proposal/bid requirements of the County Purchasing Act pursuant to the discretionary exemption for personal or professional services, as set forth under Section 262.024(a)(4) of the Texas Local Government Code; and authorize the County Judge to execute a Letter of Engagement.
