(1) that application be made to the Office of the Texas Secretary of State, Elections Division, for participation in the Countywide Election Precincts Polling Place program for countywide elections held on the Uniform Election Date of November 5, 2013;
(2) the implementation of the use of the Countywide Election Precincts Polling Place program for countywide elections to be held on the Uniform Election Date of November 5, 2013; and
(3) the Vote Center Locations for countywide elections to be held on the Uniform Election Date of November 5, 2013 which are set forth in Exhibit A of the said Order.
