Discuss and take appropriate action to ratify the termination of Clarity Election Suite Hosting and Support Agreement by and between Williamson County, Texas and SOE Software Corporation, which was issued to SOE Software Corporation on June 28, 2013 in order to terminate the agreement effective as of July 31, 2013 per the termination for convenience provision of the agreement.

Background

The Williamson County Elections Department determined that it became necessary to terminate agreement pursuant to Section 5.6 of the Agreement. See enclosed notice of termination. A representative from the Williamson County Elections Department will be present to answer questions in relation to the termination.
