Background

KB Home opened bids on Lakeline Blvd Phase 3 project on 6/19/13. There were 5 bidders and the lowest responsible bidder was Austin Engineering Co. with a bid amount of $4,290,152.47. Based on the bid amount and the terms of the Development Agreement approved by the Court on 2/5/13, Williamson County’s cost participation is estimated at $1,792,867.74, which is 2.8% under the estimate included in the agreement with KB Home.
