Review and take action on the approval to authorize the County Judge to sign the agreement for use of Streamer RT and Emergency Management to submit to Earth Networks.

Background

Emergency Management desires access to a comprehensive weather tool that is not available as open source on the internet. Streamer RT provides comprehensive weather tools to include but not limited to radar, customized alerting, and post storm analysis. This tool is web based therefore it can be used in the EOC or in the field on any computer.
