Consider approving Change Order No. 2, to contract number 13IFB00123, in the amount of $42,000 for the Mill, Seal and Overlay project on CR 175 from FM 1431 to just North of the Williamson County Regional Park

Background

This change order addresses issues that were discovered during construction. The unstable condition of the existing base material was not showing on the surface at the time the project was designed. Only after the surface had been removed during milling and excavating were the additional areas discovered that needed a full depth rehabilitation.
