Background
On March 19, 2013, the Williamson County Commissioner's Court passed the Amendment No. 2 to the Williamson County License Agreement with Blockhouse Creek Municipal Utility District (BCMUD). The amendment stated a dimension for the sign to be placed within the ROW. BCMUD needs to change the dimensions of the sign, therefore requiring the amended and restated amendment.
