Discuss and consider approving the Tax Collection Agreement betwen Siena Municipal Utility District No 2 and the County of Williamson Texas.

Background

The two originals of the Tax Collection Agreement with Siena MUD No 2 requires the County Judges signature including the resolution. Hard copies were sent via inter departmental mail to Judge Gattis for signature. The County Clerks signature is also required. Pages are marked for signatures. One original should be returned to Tax Assessor Collector to mail to the entity requesting the agreement. The Tax Assessor Collector has signed the originals. Letter from the attorney representing th MUD follows the Tax Collection Agreement in the attachments. One copy should go to County Clerks office for documentation.
