Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for Human Resources
Background

Merit calculations were done late summer prior to our new fiscal year.  Sometime after calculations were done there were five positions in HR that received pay increases (going from hourly to exempt) and these were not included in our calculations.  This transfer will correct the oversight.
