Discuss and take appropriate action on an agreement between Williamson County and ESD7/FVFD.

Background

Due to the recent purchases of SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) by the Haz Mat Division and the recent failures of SCBA's in Florence Volunteer Fire Department yearly SCBA test, we would like to transfer our retired SCBA's, that have between a year and 3 years of life left, to allow them to provide respiratory protection for the fire fighters until they can raise funds to purchase new SCBA's.
