To review and take appropriate action on the approval of an Inter Local Agreement between Williamson County and the City of Leander.

Background

Three streets in the Ridgmar Landing subdivision are maintained by both the City of Leander and Williamson County. Road and Bridge is currently resurfacing the streets that the County maintains. Residents have voiced concerns that maintenance on the street will be only partially completed. This Inter Local Agreement would allow for the streets in the Ridgmar Landing subdivision to be resurfaced by Road and Bridge, with the City of Leander reimbursing the cost.
