Discuss and take appropriate action granting Gary Wilson, the Williamson County Facilities Director signature authority for change orders not to exceed $50,000 on the Williamson County Parking Garage Justice Center Complex project provided that Gary Wilson, Williamson County Facilities Director reports his signing of each change order to the County Judge by providing a copy of same for inclusion on the following week’s agenda under a standing item “Report on Williamson County Parking Garage Justice Center Complex Project.” (As authorized by Section 262.031 of the Texas Local Government Code).

Background

This request is in regards to the upcoming bid and subsequent award of the Structural Repairs on the Justice Center Garage.
