To take appropriate action on transfer of funds to Training, Conferences & Seminars for County Clerk

Background

To move funding to pay for national conference only held in Texas 4 times since the 1950's so County Clerk can be paid for expenses occurred while attending. No air fare was necessary as driving to Dallas is the same as flight time and security wait lines plus checkin. This conference gave a national perspective on things to watch out for in the area of marriage licenses per Homeland Security, dealing with records management and new technology for preservation, cloud technology, roundtable discussions on instant returns, e-notary and e-signature technology, what is on the horizon for national databases being dictated from DC, etc.
