Background

Williamson County has a Park Management and Operation Agreement with the YMCA of Greater Williamson County to operate and maintain 50 acres of land as a public park. The First Amendment to Park Management and Operation Agreement with the YMCA of Greater Williamson County adds 6.177 acres to the original lease (including all original terms and conditions) between the YMCA and Williamson County.
