Discuss and take appropriate action on the First Amendment to Lease Agreement of February 1, 1994 between the Texas Parks & Wildlife Department and Williamson County

Background

The Texas Parks & Wildlife Department (TPWD) and Williamson County are parties to a lease for 50 acres of land for use as a public park. On September 26, 2012, the Texas General Land Office, acting on behalf of the Texas Department of Transportation, transferred 6.177 acres to TPWD. The First Amendment to Lease Agreement with TPWD adds the 6.177 acres (including all original terms and conditions) to the Williamson County lease for use as a public park.
