BE IT REMEMBERED that at 9:41 A.M. on THURSDAY, JULY 26, 2012, a SPECIAL SESSION of the Commissioners' Court of Williamson County, Texas, was held with the following being present, to-wit:

Present:	County Judge Dan A. Gattis
	Commissioner Precinct 1 Lisa Birkman
	Commissioner Precinct 2 Cynthia Long
	Commissioner Precinct 3 Valerie Covey
	Commissioner Precinct 4 Ron Morrison
	County Clerk Nancy E. Rister
Others Present:	Black Wehling, Deputy County Clerk
	Marilyn Cavender, Executive Assistant County Clerk


	1.			1115 Medicaid Waiver Workshop Discussion including but not limited to: Update/Summary of 1115 Medicaid Transformation Waiver Overview of Planning Process for Regional Health Plan (RHP) 8 Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) Pool and Funding Flow Discuss Identified DSRIP Priority Areas – County and Regional Review of DSRIP Projects Discuss Project Proposal and Selection Process Valuation of Projects – Calculation of Inter-Governmental Transfer (IGT) DSRIP Allocation – First Pass and Second Pass Funding Incentive Payment Timeline
				The following persons addressed the Court: - Monica Wendel, Assistant Dean for Community Health Systems, Texas A & M Health Science Center School of Rural Public Health - Janice Ehlert, Project Director, Texas A& M Health Science Center School of Rural Public Health - First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley - Bride Roberts, Assistant Director of the Williamson County and Cities Health District - Andrea Richardson, Executive Director of Bluebonnet Trails Community Services - Kathy Pierce, Executive Assistant to the Commissioner of Precinct #2, and - Dr. Chip Riggins, Executive Director of the Williamson County and Cities Health District.

	2.			Discuss next steps.
				The following persons addressed the Court: - First Assistant County Auditor Julie Kiley - Monica Wendel, Assistant Dean for Community Health Systems, Texas A & M Health Science Center School of Rural Public Health - Bride Roberts, Assistant Director of the William County and Cities Health District - Kathy Pierce, Executive Assistant to the Commissioner, Precinct #2 and - Janice Ehlert, Project Director, Texas A& M Health Science Center School of Rural Public Health

	3.			Discuss and take appropriate action regarding 1115 Medicaid Waiver.
				No one addressed the Court and no action was taken.

	4.			Comments from Commissioners.
				There were no comments.

COMMISSIONERS’ COURT ADJOURNED AT 11:59 A.M. ON THURSDAY, JULY 26, 2012.
