"An employee in the Technology Services department may receive a supplement of up to $100 per week for On-Call duty work. The employee must be able to respond to an event within 30 minutes of being notified while on call. The duties require the employee to carry a cell phone while on call. The assigned on-call employee will receive calls from public safety personnel (i.e. Sheriff’s Office, 911 Communications, EMS, city police, etc.) when they have critical technology issues that cannot wait until the next business day.
