To discuss and consider approving line item transfer for the District Clerk's office.

Background

This transfer is necessary to hire a Temporary employee to cover an employee to be on FMLA for the month of August. The funds are available in Full-Time salaries due to a vacancy in a different position earlier in the year that remained unfilled for 5 weeks. The County Auditor's office has caluculated and approved this budget surplus.
