Discuss and consider approving a line item transfer for EMS
Background
The EMS Department went off of guaranteed salary/pay after budget adoption was completed for FY '12. This transition created a small savings in the full time salary line item but caused a shortage in the overtime line item. The EMS department has moved all foreseeable savings in their full time line item to the overtime line item early July. This line item transfer will cover overtime incurred for the month of August 2012.
