Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Bid 12WCA051 Protective Clothing for Williamson County EMS for the same terms and conditions but with a CPI increase of 2.7% for the contract period beginning October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013.

Background

This contract will be extended for the same terms and conditions as allowed per bid specifications but with an increase that is tied to the CPI for March of 2012 which was publicized as 2.7%. It is our recommendation to extend this contract as bidding out at this time may likely result in a price increase for this commodity.
