Discuss and consider acceptance of court awarded forfeitures of seven trailers to Williamson County.

Background

All seven trailers were awarded to Williamson County by Judge Benton, Precinct #3. The following five units will be sold at the next available auction:
1995 Shopmade 5'x8'single axle
1996 Ol' Reliable single axle
1996 Shopmade 12' tandem axle
2004 Pace American 12' tandem axle box
1995 Surepull 25' tandem axle flatbed w/dovetail
The following two units will be placed into service by the Parks Department:
1994 Shopmade 16' tandem axle
2006 Strongbox 6' single axle
