Discuss and take appropriate action on extending Williamson County Proposal 12WCAP101 EMS Mal-Practice Insurance with Extraco Insurance, beginning October 1, 2012 through September 30, 2013.
Background
This contract will be extended for the same pricing, terms and conditions as allowed per proposal specifications. It is our recommendation to extend this contract as bidding it out at this time may likely result in a price increase for this commodity.
