Discuss and take appropriate action regarding a Utility Reimbursement Agreement and Joint Use Agreement with Manville WSC for utility relocation on CR 170.
Background
Manville WSC has existing facilities in a private easement, which are in conflict with the proposed construction. The reimbursement and joint use agreements allow them to relocate their facilities in the proposed right of way. The County will reimburse Manville WSC $316,410.17 for the relocation of 1600 LF of underground water line. The cost of relocation includes total construction, engineering and inspection costs.
