Consider declaring an emergency and approving a budget amendment to acknowledge additional expenditures for the District Clerk's Records Management and Preservation Fund
Background
Historical documents were damaged in the District Clerk's office due to flooding in the basement and need to be restored.  This budget amendment will provide necessary funding to complete this project
