Background
Mr. Ashby has served on the ESD Board before back in 2005 time frame. He will be serving out the unexpired term of Barry Thweatt. The term is January 1, 2012 to December 31, 2013. Mr. Ashby has been interviewed by Judge Gattis and Commissioner Covey.
