Consider authorizing the Purchasing Department to have Rene Bates Auctioneers hold online auctions for Fleet’s sale of surplus county property on the following dates: January 2nd to January 16th, April 3rd to April 17th, June 12th to June 26th and September 11th to September 25th for 2013. All auctions will close by 5pm CST on these dates.
Background
The auction dates are based on the needs of the Fleet Department to sell county surplus vehicles.
