Consider authorizing the Purchasing Department to have GovDeals Auctioneers hold online auctions for the sale of surplus county property on the following dates: August 22 through September 5, October 10 through October 24, December 5 through December 19 in 2012 and February 6 through February 20, April 10 through April 24, June 12 through June 26, and August 7 through August 21 in 2013. All auctions will close by 5pm CST on these dates.

Background

The auction dates are based on the needs of the IT department warehouse manager to sell county surplus property.
