Consider approving the release of funds from the Asset Forfeiture (Drug Enforcement) 408 Budget account for District Attorney support staff attendance at training.
Background
District Attorney support staff continue to require additional training to advance their knowledge and proficiency in dealing with various issues. Besides the legal aspect, staff should also obtain an understanding when interacting with other agencies, attorney and the general public.
