Consider approving the renewal of the CSCD Co-Op Agreement with no increase for FY13. 
Background
The Co-Op Agreement is a contract CSCD has with Williamson County to fund the Pre-Trial Officer positions which maintain the supervised release of approved felons from the Williamson County Jail.
