Discuss and take appropriate action on Change Order No. 14 in the amount of $398,427.00, which adds Division 27 – Telecom scope of work to Vaughn Construction’s scope of work for the ESOC Project.

Background

This Change Order is to add Telecom (Div 27) Scope of Work to Vaughn’s contract, as noted in Parsons Proposal Request #006, dated 4-25-12. Vaughn’s Best Value Recommendation is noted in the attached documents. This change will increase the current total GMP contract amount by $398,427. Additional GCs, Fee and days are included per allowable rates.
