Discuss and take appropriate action on Determination Letter for mitigation enrollment on a project area for Round Rock Independent School District consisting of 214+ acres located between Avery Ranch Boulevard and SH 45 and known as Pearson Ranch tract.

Background

This action is to concur with issuance of Determination Letter on the subject property and to authorize county judge to sign Participation Agreement upon acceptance and fulfillment of the terms of the letter by the applicant.
