Consider approving Change Order No. 7 in the amount of $31,951.08 for RM 2338 Phase II (Project No. 09WC722A), a Pass Through Financing project in Precinct Three.
Background
This change order revises contract quantities and documents revisions to the installation of the Chisholm Trail Special Utility District (CTSUD) waterlines to adjust for actual site conditions. Changes to the waterline were made to accommodate actual location of existing waterlines and water meters, as well as future realignment of CR 245.
