Background
This line item transfer is to transfer $500.00 from 01-0100-0211-004100 (professional services) to 01-0100-0211-004232 (training, conference, seminars).  This is for required continuing education for Commissioner Birkman that is mandated by the state under Section 81.0025 of the Local Government Code.
