Consider and take appropriate action on mitigation application from Chisholm Trail Special Utility District covering karst inpacts for a 20' easement along FM 2338 from FM 3405 to Gabriel Woods Drive and and additional 1500' (approximate) along FM 2338 beginning approximately 220' north of the Cowan Creek crossing.

Background

This application (WCCF # 20100622) covers a total of 4.3 acres. The mitiation fee to be received is $430. This is for permanent water line easement located over and adjacent to the karst zone. Upon acceptance by Chisholm Trail a Participation Agreement will be prepared and filed.
